The cost of a customized artwork is based on the following formula: 

Design Fee + Usage Licence = Total

 

Design Fee:

The design fee is based on the client, the brief, and the timeline.

 

Sometimes a client has a standard fee they pay their freelancers and we work along with those if acceptable.

Sometimes we negotiate a good deal for all parties.

Either way, we encourage you to contact us about your project!

Usage Licences:

Different projects require different usage licenses.

Royalty-Free Usage Licence

25% of Design Fee

This applies to things such as advertisements, products, packaging.

Royalty-Free means you can use the image forever without having to pay royalties to www.jayesh.ca to reuse the image.

The copyright remains the property of www.jayesh.ca and could be relicensed to other parties. 

*A Royalty-Free License Can be bought for an existing image for $25.00 through this website.

Editorial Usage Licence

25% of Design Fee

This applies to things such as news articles, blog posts, commentary, social media posts, etc.

Copyright Buyout

100% of Design Fee

This applies to things a company or individual would want to own and be the sole copyright owner of.

 

Personal Use Licence

0% of Design Fee

This applies to things like a tattoo, or a couple's portrait, or something for someone's birthday, etc.​

The copyright remains the property of www.jayesh.ca and could be relicensed to other parties.

 

Revisions:

Any Revision that is the fault of www.Jayesh.ca is 100% covered.

Changes to the general idea are not covered.

The first 3 drafts are on us.

After that, the fee will be based on time, but not without warning, or consent.

Payment fees:

PayPal fees, Bank Transfer fees, Gas Fees, etc. are additional and will be included in the final bill.

We accept any currency including cryptocurrency as long as it is of equal value to the agreed-upon costs.
